Escrow Officer
Requirements:
MUST HAVE established book of business (this is not an entry-level position)
Self-starter with a drive to succeed
Outstanding attention-to-detail

Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
Positive and upbeat demeanor
Professional dress
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain productive business relationships with referral partners (realtors and lenders)
Coordinate with other industry professionals to prepare closing document packages
Conduct real estate closings
Other tasks as required
Pay:
$50K-$60K Full-Time Base Salary Commissions (Negotiable based on experience and book of business)
Paid Holidays and Time Off
